I love this little quad-copter, its small, power-full and fun to fly. I also have the Cheerson CX10 which I love and is much smaller than the X12 and cannot be compared. I like them both for different reasons. Anyways the reason I am making this post is to save a link to the user manual in English.

Bluetooth OBDII Scanner

I recently purchased a Bluetooth OBD2 reader online recently, was pretty cheap (£5.35  or $8US or €7.4). I must admit it is quite tiny, I have included a picture of it next to a AAA battery for comparison.

So I have tested the device, connects quickly to my phone. This is not a review, just a post to keep a copy of my ISO file and to let some people know about this small portable reader which replaced my big bulky USB OBDII reader.

I also decided to make a backup of my CD that came with it before it gets scratched on anything(please note the backup is for my personal uses):

PC Engines WRAP.1E2 vs ALIX.6B2

Testing WRAP 1E2 and Alix 6B2, both were running pfSense 2.0.1

This firewall box is setup has a standalone OpenVPN server, running off of 1 NIC(LAN), Encryption is AES-256.

Here are my results for 1 user through the VPN on both box's and some spec's:

The point of this post was to show the throughput of the VPN on the hardware and whether or not I needed a Soekris Crypto Card or if the hardware upgrade was enough. This is just a post I made a while back but never submitted for some reason. Since then I have tried running VPN on a Linux server, DD-WRT router, and Mikrotik router. While this is PC Engine is great firewall and VPN server in one, I am trying to minimize the amount of device's I have powered on. I'll be making a post about the Mikrotik wireless router soon, this has firewall, VPN, WiFi and many more features.

Pandigital WiFi Problem

Ok, so I bought a Pandigital Novel 7" e-reader with android OS. I will be writing a review about it soon, but I am making this post now because I had a problem with wifi disconnecting on this.

So you have a Pandigital tablet and your WiFi disconnects/drops and doesn't reconnect unless you do it manually? Well here is how I fixed it.

Log into your wireless router from your computer(by typing 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.0. 1 in your web browser, google your model router for management IP and username and password.), once you've logged into your router go to "Wireless" settings, then under "Channel:" it will most likely have "Auto" selected. This is where you choose a channel number(I chose 8, you can experiment with different channels for speed and signal strength, different channels will offer different speeds and wifi range) Once you've chosen a channel click save.

Now that you've saved your channel, connect to WiFi using your Pandigital e-reader and it should no longer disconnect, and if it does it will Auto reconnect very quickly. No more wifi dropping on my Pandigital tablet.

Frigidaire Is Not Good

Well like I said when I made this blog, I will also be talking about general things besides tech ocasionally. I want to let you know to be weary about Frigidaire we all thought they were great products and they were but since Electrolux bought them over the quality is horribly.

I personal and some people have experienced problems with dishwashers, fridges, stoves and microwaves, All kinds of problems such as display panel led's breaking for no reason(you never need to touch this part so i dont understand how this happens.) Dishwasher spray arms fall off and when put back it just falls off again. Well im not gonna tell you all the problems I and other people have encountered you can google that, But just consider yourself warned, I wont be buying any frigidaire products again(matter of fact anything under the Electrolux brand).
